Packing and dispatch

Notebooks, pads and planners ship board-backed in a rigid mailer so corners cannot fold in transit. Pens travel in their retail packaging inside a padded liner, and desk organisers or laptop stands are boxed with their own fitted insert. Orders that mix paper and hardware are split into two inner packs inside one carton so a metal stand never sits directly against a notebook cover.

We hand parcels over once a day. Confirm before 3:00 PM IST and yours is in that handover; after that it waits for the next one. Six dispatch days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery area

Everything is dispatched from Thane, Maharashtra to serviceable PIN codes nationwide. Our courier partners do not reach every remote PIN code, and checkout flags that before payment rather than afterwards.

We are an online-only retailer. There is no counter to collect from and no physical storefront.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 anywhere in India. Whatever the cart shows is what you pay — there is no extra handling charge.

Delivery estimates

Delivery is normally three to five business days for metros and five to nine for the rest of India, measured from dispatch. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and public holidays move them, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a date we do not control.

Following your order

You get a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up. The Track Your Order page accepts the same reference. Should tracking stall for three working days, write to [email protected] and we will take it up with the courier.
