Cancellations
Cancelling is free until pickup
There is no cancellation charge before dispatch. After the courier has it, our returns policy takes over.
Before your order leaves us
Send your order number to [email protected] during the processing stage, the 1 to 2 business days before the courier collects. There is no charge. Prepaid money returns to the UPI handle or bank account it came from within 5 to 7 business days, in keeping with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
Once it has been dispatched
Once it is in the courier’s hands the order is out of ours. Refusing delivery or returning it afterwards are the two routes. There is no charge for refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door.
Cancellations by us
Now and then we cancel an order ourselves, usually for damaged stock, a pricing mistake or unverifiable details. In every case we say why and refund the full sum, including any delivery you were charged.
Partial cancellation
If an order has several items and only one is still available, we can cancel the unavailable line and ship the rest. Say which you would prefer when you write in, and we will not decide it for you.
Expect a cancellation refund within 5 to 7 business days. Nothing is deducted.
