The rules of using this site

Acceptance

Olviera Library operates as a sole proprietorship based in Thane, Maharashtra, trading online as Olviera Library. Using the site or placing an order signals agreement with these terms and the policies in the footer. Disagree, and the site is not for you.

Accounts and access

You can check out as a guest or register. If you register, the security of the password — and the activity under it — is yours. Report any unauthorised access to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

Pricing and payment

Every price is quoted in Indian rupees with applicable tax included. Being below the GST registration threshold, we are not registered and charge no GST, and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is UPI or Cash on Delivery only — no cards.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Where a listing carried the wrong price, we contact you before dispatch so you can accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order

An order confirmation records receipt. The contract between us is formed at the point of dispatch. An order can be refused if stock is gone, the PIN code is not serviceable, a price was wrong, or the details do not check out.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and branding on this site belong to Olviera Library unless stated otherwise. Product names and marks belonging to third parties remain theirs, and appear only to describe what an item is. You may not copy or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission.

Liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Olviera Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. No part of this limits what Indian law says cannot be limited, and your Consumer Protection Act, 2019 rights stand.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms fall under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts at Thane.
